An ERP where you only switch on what you use

A conventional ERP installs everything, then lets you hide what does not concern you. Kewos does the opposite: nothing is on to begin with, and each module can be added or removed without leaving traces in the others.

The module you need exists in no ERP

Every company does one thing differently from the rest, and it is usually the thing that keeps it alive. Off-the-shelf ERPs ask you to bend that process to their software, or to pay an integrator to work around it. We would rather build the missing piece.

We build it for you

You describe the work, we deliver the module. It installs, updates and uninstalls exactly like the others. It is not a bolt-on sitting beside the product.

We support your team

Your developers build it, we train, review the code and unblock. You keep control of your tool and the skill stays in-house.

You do it yourself

The module format and the API are documented, and nothing is reserved for the vendor. We have no privileged access that you do not.

And your module survives updates

It extends the existing models without touching their code. A new version of Kewos does not overwrite it, so you never have to choose between staying current and keeping your adaptations. That is the difference between an adaptation and a debt.

Change ERP without starting over

Odoo, Sage, something built in-house, or a spreadsheet that grew too big. We take your data over, and we tell you before we start what will transfer and what will not.

An assessment first

We look at what you have before proposing anything. If Kewos is not the right fit, you will hear it from us rather than six months into a project.

Your data is carried over, not retyped

Products, customers, suppliers, entries, history. What exists is imported; what cannot be is flagged up front, not discovered on delivery.

Both systems run side by side

Your old tool stays in service through the changeover. Nothing is switched off until you have confirmed the new one does the job.

Where it runs

Hosted, or on your own servers

The same code either way. Hosted, your instance lives on our servers in France with its own database. On your servers, it installs as a container and you keep control of backups, network and updates.
