Software company · Paris

We make two business tools. Here is how they are built.

Most software companies ask you to trust them. We would rather show you the construction: where your data runs, how it is walled off from everyone else's, and how you take it with you the day you leave.

The products

Two tools, one foundation

They share the same infrastructure, the same security rules and the same commitment on getting your data back. They are bought separately.

Kewos ERP

Running a company, module by module

Sales, purchasing, stock, accounting, payroll, projects. You switch on what you need and nothing else. Each module installs and uninstalls cleanly, without leaving traces in the others.

  • Access rules are enforced on the data itself, not only on the screen
  • Multi-company and multi-currency, with the rate frozen at the transaction date
  • Hosted by us or installed on your own servers, from the same code

Kewos Deck

Presentations that survive losing the network

A presentation editor that runs in the browser, keeps working when the connection drops, and opens the PowerPoint files you already have.

  • One deck, several languages, without duplicating a single slide
  • Version history and live co-editing
  • PowerPoint import, PDF and PPTX export

Construction

What happens under the hood

These four are not selling points. They are architecture decisions, taken early, and expensive to reverse later. We document them because they determine what happens to you in three years.

One database per customer

Your records do not share a table with another customer's. Isolation does not rest on an identifier column that one badly written query could forget.

Security lives in the data model

Access rules are applied by the layer that reads and writes the data. Going through the API instead of the screen bypasses nothing.

Money is never a floating-point number

Every amount is stored as an exact decimal, with its currency. A cent lost to rounding is a cent an auditor will find.

The schema changes through migrations

No production database is altered by an automatic mechanism. Every structural change is a versioned file, reviewed and reversible.

Where your data lives

In France, and nowhere else by default

The servers are in France, at OVH. Normal use of the service sends nothing outside the European Union. AI features stay off until you turn them on, and you pick the provider, including a model hosted in Europe, or on your own machines.

The question we would rather answer first

We are a small outfit

You will read our share capital in the legal notice and the question will cross your mind. Better to answer it here than to let you ask someone else. For a software company, share capital is an accounting line, not a promise of longevity: no amount of cash has ever stopped a large group from discontinuing a product overnight. What protects you is not our size: it is what you can take with you, and what you can keep running without us.

Your data leaves whenever you want

Full export, open format, right there in the app. No charge, no request to file, no notice period to negotiate. If you leave, you leave with everything.

You can host Kewos yourself

The same code runs on your servers. Our existence is not a condition of yours: an instance installed on your machines keeps working whatever happens to us.

You talk to the people who write the code

No first-line support, no ticket crossing three departments. A defect reported on Monday is often fixed that week, not in the next quarterly release.

You do not have to be a large company to build something solid. You have to build it properly, and let people check.
